Founded by Monica Falardeau, a detail-oriented and creative corporate event planner turned interior designer, our studio is rooted in a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, corporate environments, and the power of thoughtful design.
With over 15 years of experience in investment banking and high-profile corporate event planning, Monica brings a unique blend of organizational expertise, design sensibility, and client relationship management to every project. Her background allows her to approach each space with precision, purpose, and a deep respect for both aesthetics and logistics.

Before launching her design career, Monica served as a Senior Corporate Event Planner & Executive Assistant at Canaccord Genuity Corp. for over 15 years. There, she coordinated the planning and execution of high-end events, conferences, and branded experiences for investment banking clients. From venue design and setup to vendor management and executive support, she developed a sharp eye for detail and a reputation for flawless execution.
This corporate foundation continues to inform Monica’s work today—adding depth, discipline, and professionalism to every design collaboration.
